Superset, drop sets and pyramid sets Training Plan ( Reps - 12; sets 3-4 each) {( failure for abs, glutes, calves and forearms (min 30) : Max failure)}

TRAINING ROUTINE THAT KEPT ME ON TRACK

My trainer had put me on a time frame exercise.

Day 1:Legs

Squats and leg press superset (3X12)
Standing Lunges and Leg curls (4X12)
Overhead squats and leg extension (3X12)
Drop set of weighted squats (reps 6, 8, 12)
Glute kick back and leg press calf raises 3Xfailure)

Day 2:Chest

Cross cable and push ups (3X12)
Incline dumbbell press and plyo push ups (3X12)
Bench press and decline push (3X12)
Flat dumbbell fly holds ( 1 min) and pec dec fly (12) (3 sets)
Drop set of flat dumbbell press (reps 6, 8, 12)

Day 3:Back and Biceps

DIET PLAN THAT GUIDED MY TRANSFORMATION

MEAL DESCRIPTION
Wake up time 3 scoop powdered oats and almonds and 1 scoop whey
Pre workout meal watermelon before 30 mins and black coffee before 15 mins OR pre workout
Post workout meal 1 scoop whey+ 1 banana+ 4 egg whites and 1 yellow after 30 mins
Breakfast Oats with boiled vegetable OR mutigrain bread paneer slice sandwich
Snack 500 -700 gms watermelon..
Lunch boiled dal yellow or moong + cucumber and tomato salad ( add broccoli + mushrooms and lettuce if available)
Snack sprouts salad 250 gms
Snack 2 oats( 50 gms) and 3 egg pancake
Dinner chana salad recipe given few days back
Before bed time ashwagandha and shilajit (immunity) caps available on Patanjali

SUGGESTION FOR FUTURE TRANSFORMERS

My suggestion to aspiring transformers is to start as early as possible. No point wasting time over marketing gimmicks of making you transform in the shortest possible time. Just start the journey, figure out the challenges in the middle and find the solution. Also most importantly, donít ever give up.
